Routes can not be uploaded

@Kudee Yes also having the same issue, even deleted the routes I made yesterday and created a new short test route today and cannot view on the navigation app. The error message "cannot communicate with the server" show on screen.

@Matt-Flaming Statement would be nice, agree. This App is by now the best, and I have been tested them all. Driving like a sick person with Mobile and Garmin on the Handlebar to compare. Unfortunately they don't have the focus on the Navigation App. There is a shit lot of improvement and suggestions! Hope that will change soon as a new version is planed and current beta.

I have the same problem as well................
I can load old routes, but the routes created today are saying "An error occurred while connecting with the server"
Android. Its been like it all day............... -
Delete the Navigation app and mobile app, then open the routes in MRA planner and rental the app again.

yes I agree with Matt I deleted navigation app and which I can only assume my route app then opened routes on the my route app not only on the android phone but also on the web app then reinstalled navigation app but still the same error "An error occurred while connecting to the server" also can say I did this both on my home wifi and on mobile data with same result ..hope this helps.. Dave

Hi all. Last Sunday (23 may) we had a database problem with saving the routes. This database problem started around 10 in the morning till afternoon. All routes created in between that time are sadly corrupted.
There are a few steps that will help us gain more information:
- Can you open other routes that were not made / edited on 23 may?
- Can you create new routes successfully?
- Could you try to duplicate the corrupted route and see if it works?

@Catalina I have the same problem on my Android phone. Some (not all) older routes will load on the Navigator App. No routes created after Sunday will load, including one I created just now to test.

Hi Catalina , In my case I can open any maps that were created before 23rd may, I have made two routes open to public. "test route 2" which was made prior to 23rd of may and this opened in in my route planner app and on the web page and in navigation app with no problem .I then made a copy of this route named " test route 2 copy" which opened in in my route planner app and on the web page with no issues, but when I try to open i the navigation app it produces the error "An error occurred while connecting with the server.". But here's the important difference although the original "test route 2 " opened in navigation app when I tried to reopen it again brings up the same error, now the only changes I made were to rename title of the original route... 2.this is the copy no alteration https://www.myrouteapp.com/route/open/4641024
None of these will open in the navigation app anymore after changing the title of the original .. Hope this helps Dave(daz) -

I downloaded both routes to my iPhone 11 and both opened normally in MRA Navigation. I noted that you had used OpenStreetMap to plan your route. MRA Nav uses the Here map.

hi Nick thanks for you help, If you look around the forum you will see many post's saying the issue does no exist on ios only on android but there has been a notice posted on the main web page that there is indeed a problem for android users . thanks for your help Dave .
