    Thanks, everyone! Yesterday, on my first ride of the year, I was really frustrated because I couldn’t get a route I’d created during a break onto my Garmin Zumo. Last year, everything always worked perfectly. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Garmin Drive app. Today I uninstalled and reinstalled the Myroute app, and it still didn’t work. Until I read this post, which shows that you have to swipe the bottom toolbar to the left to get to the download button. So, with all due respect to this system, I have to say that a little more user-friendliness is needed here. I think hiding such an important button is a bit of a letdown.

    @Jose-antonio-marin-segura It may be because I am using the new 5.1.0 updated version from BETA testing. I will ask and come back to this topic with the answer.

    @Boštjan-Kreutz My main use for these are "high risk" and/or speed camera locations. I have a database of locations which I have supplemented myself personally. I use Garmin POILoader to create a POI file which I then add to my XT. Under Driver Assistance in the settings menu of the XT there is a sub option of Proximity Alerts and under that you can check box for Custom POIs. At a set distance I will get both an audio warning (you can add a sound file so it can be whatever you want rather than just a system sound) and by adding a corresponding BMP file for each CSV file I also get an icon appear on the map

    Thank you very much for that explanation. Unless I hear something different, I will keep using the "Save as" option. Just as I used to save my MyRoute route and then open my Harley Ride Planner app, I will do the same with the BMW Connected Ride app for my R1300RT, and with the Garmin Tread app for the Zumo XT3 on my Heritage Classic. No exporting, just saving in the correct format, and Bluetoothing it to the bike with the applicable app. I do enjoy planning routes, almost as much as riding them. Thanks again for the information.     Okay, I just created the test routes in the new app version V5.0.1-438. Maybe the web planner = the route lab that works better

    @M.-Plokkaar wat @Nick-Carthew zegt is uiteraard waar. MRA is wel gebouwd in er routes mee te navigeren. De hele rompslomp van converteren naar een track is helemaal niet nodig. Het werkt perfect met een route
