For me Version 5.0.4 was working, when Corjan wrote, that he changed something. But now it seems, the fix has gone.

Had vandaag hetzelfde probleem.

I updated to version 5.2, and navigation worked without any issues on my next trip. However, yesterday during a 440 km, 8.5-hour trip, MRA shut down shortly before reaching the destination (about 35 minutes remaining). I was able to restart the app, but the map was no longer displayed on CarPlay. An error message appeared when saving the tracklog, but it was saved anyway.

On Android there is the setting "Text to Speech". I'v set it to Norwegian (a language the app doesn't support at the moment). But with this, street names, waypoint names and waypoint numbers are spoken in Norwegian, something I am very happy about. [image: 1781534155648-1000011884.jpg] Instructions like "Now join the motorway" are still in English but with a funny Norwegian accent. I assume that this text is coming from HERE? There is a setting in the App to set the language but that does not help. [image: 1781534264995-1000011886.jpg] Would this be fixed if Norwegian was added as a supported language to the app?

@Tony-13 said: I really could not see the other file had been selected looking in the app? No, those are 2 separate mechanisms unfortunately, which will very likely be merged in the new web-planner when it arrives.

@Brian-McG, I understand that, from your backup-device perspective. But I think the most use cases for multiple devices is for different circumstances. I use my daily Pixel in my car, and my Thinkphone only on my bike. Completely different use cases, for which I would dislike the sync you propose. But besides that, If you go on a multiday trip, don't you have your routes for that trip in their own folder? How much effort is it, to enable those to be shown on the map ONLY in case if you need your backup device? Maybe 2 or 3 seconds?

I’ve got the same problem. I even contacted Carpuride’s support team, and all they told me was where I could turn up the volume for the sat-nav, but it’s already set to maximum – just like on my mobile.

@Jozef-Malik-0, It looks like you have chosen scenic routing instead Navigate. Mind that the icons have changed recently. [image: 1781259599607-8fd38422-e65c-4cd7-82a1-002f000c8cc4-image.jpeg]

Just to add: Offline maps and offline navigation are two seperate things. For offline navigation of course you need to have offline maps. Offline maps on the other hand are also used for online navigation (as a measure of data reduction).

@Leike-Lodiers The only things that I can do with the buttons and the Wonder Wheel are what I posted before. I do not use the app. There may be more functionality that I haven't discovered but this is all that I do with it for now. I'll have to experiment with the app(s) when I get a chance. Thanks for the information! "The Wonder Wheel works as a zoom up and down control, and a quick tap to the left brings up a very useful CI menu that allows you to lock and unlock the screen, adjust the brightness and volume, etc. A quick tap to the right will change the perspective from overhead to an angled view and back. The buttons pan up, down, left and right. Zooming with the Wonderwheel will re-center the map. This is exactly the functionality that I was hoping for."
