@Marinus-van-Deudekom I have a question. When you say the screen refresh, are you seeing the MRA app restart and resume navigation automatically? Or just a map refresh? Try as I might, I cannot get MRA to not "cycle" and ask me if I want to resume navigation on my Samsung S24. I have given up on my DMD tablet because I am dealing with a possible hardware issue with it. The only time I do not get asked on my Samsung is when I have 2 keyboard devices connected. Then I can disconnect/connect 1 without issue.... And as a side note, my IPad Air 5 behaves absolutely perfect in that regard. No MRA App cycling...

Thanks for the quick response! It looks a bit like the other issue but not exactly. From the main menu everything works fine except two menu items: Routes & Tracklogs and Activity Feed. They both give the map on the full screen (portrait and landscape mode) and nothing is possible anymore, no scrolling, absolutely nothing. Only the Android back button goes back indeed and everything else seems to work. I have 3 Android 9 devices and they all react the same; device reboot doesn't help. On Android 11 all the (main) menu items work as expected.

@white.mouse, een ticket maken is natuurlijk vooral zinvol als dit bij herhaling gebeurt. Elk incidentje melden lijkt me niet echt nodig, want je had het op dat moment al correct opgelost. Zorg dat je na zo'n incident kunt aangeven wat het tijdstip was (maak bijvoorbeeld een screenshot, met de telefoon tijd in beeld), en zorg dat je ook meteen een logfile opslaat (lang drukken op het versienummer onderaan je profiel pagina in de app. Ik weet niet precies, maar zo'n logfile heeft naar ik meen alleen gegevens van de laatste 24 uur of zo. Dat zijn zo'n beetje de belangrijkste gegevens om te melden bij het maken van een ticket, en support gaat daar geheid naar vragen.

Do you use a non-standard Android keyboard app, by any chance? Try to remove that and see what happens.

@Peter-Zehentreiter I checked, but there is no option to change the language in the WunderLINQ app. Are there any WunderLINQ users here who can do this (long press to the left) without any problems?

In the next update I've added a warning when you go offline and you are using satellite maps to inform you they cannot load properly

I've made some adjustment in the next update (as no critical issues discovered yet, no expected release date): Planner aligned with rest of the app regarding avoidance settings Moved planner route optimisation to main menu (that's why it was called "Route options" in the first place as it could contain one other setting that isn't an avoid options) Added the "Allowed roads" header to all places to indicate you select what is allowed Kept the menu item to be called "avoidance options" as that's clear to all That said: green is always the allowed option and red is forbidden (hence avoided)

For me the update failed, so after starting or trying, I ended up having no offline maps. I just started a new download and the download succeeded. So it looks like the update procedure may have issues or it was something else causing not having any maps offline available.

Keep switching keyboards is not ideal but at least I know how to avoid the problem now.

Unfortunately same issue in the morning. I try again if some other app is disturbing. Strange

@Brian-McG Ah, good work, Brian! I only use 2 voice prompts (to minimise distractions) so that may well be the problem. I have changed to 3 prompts.
