Same situation like yesterday, no problems at all - 200 km in 5 hours, was able to save the tracklog

Same problem for me with iPhone 16 plus and CarPlay, I had written it in another discussion, same behaviour described above In the first post

@Tony-13, If you go into the routes and tracks main menu option, do you see the blue bar at the top mentioning the syncing? What does it say?

unlike tomtom, MRA warns you if you drive faster than the speedlimit, not when your average is above. But ofcourse when your speed is above the limit for a large part of the distance , the average will be too.

als je een route navigeer als track dan is het startpunt altijd het eerste punt. dit was vroeger trouwens niet zo en ook ik hoop dat deze funktionaliteit een keer terug komt. Je kunt nu wel lang op een waypoint drukken (ook in de waypoint lijst) om een ander startpunt te kiezen. Daarnaast is het zo dat als je een waypoint mist (je rijdt net iets anders als gepland) de app je terug stuurt naar dit waypoint, ook als je alweer terug bent op de route. Ook daarvoor hoop ik zal de app een keer met een oplossing komen. Meer personen in dit forum kampen met dit probleem.

Dit is ook mijn grootste klacht van dit principe. Op dit moment blijkbaar niets aan te doen

Today I had a look on my carabc carplay device on my motorbike. There the altitude is shown correctly ... seems to be a VW issue On my mobile phone the value is correct as well ...

The setting is on. Today the tracklog was also good

Another vote to have the app use the truck calculation in the background when setting motorhomes with certain parameters

On Android there is the setting "Text to Speech". I'v set it to Norwegian (a language the app doesn't support at the moment). But with this, street names, waypoint names and waypoint numbers are spoken in Norwegian, something I am very happy about. @Brian-McG, I understand that, from your backup-device perspective. But I think the most use cases for multiple devices is for different circumstances. I use my daily Pixel in my car, and my Thinkphone only on my bike. Completely different use cases, for which I would dislike the sync you propose. But besides that, If you go on a multiday trip, don't you have your routes for that trip in their own folder? How much effort is it, to enable those to be shown on the map ONLY in case if you need your backup device? Maybe 2 or 3 seconds?

Als je de route deelt via een .gpx bestand: is het een track of een route? Indien er verschillende apparaten worden gebruikt, gebruiken jullie dezelfde kaartlagen? I’ve got the same problem. I even contacted Carpuride’s support team, and all they told me was where I could turn up the volume for the sat-nav, but it’s already set to maximum – just like on my mobile.
