    Hello, I'm going on a trip to the Blue Ridge parkway with a friend that can't afford the app at this time. I think there is a free version that he could download. If he has the free version, and I share the route with him, will the route work for him as far as turn by turn instructions? I have the Gold membership. I'm hoping for another sale on the lifetime plan that he can afford. Thanks for your help.

    Hello, I'm excited about all the updates on the new version. Corjan, I have a training video suggestion. Is there any chance of creating a short youTube video of each improvement walking you through how to use the update and how to enable anything we need to to utilize the improvement? There are so many options this software can do but so many I don't know how to use. For instance, the improvement of routing around a closed road. If you come to a closed road, how to actually route around it. Thanks so much for this product. The more I use it the more I love it. Mike

    Hello, While creating a favorite and using the app's new feature to convert it into a POI, I happened to notice the following: If you have a favorite in the Web Planner and edit its name there, the change isn't immediately synchronized with the app. You have to restart the app to trigger the synchronization; it seems this only happens upon startup. Suggestion: When opening the favorites list in the app, it should briefly synchronize with the Web Planner. By converting a favorite into a POI this way, you can actually change the POI's name before saving it—something that isn't currently possible otherwise. s. Link Change POI name in app

    Yes, it saved me from an extra 60km detour. You can also specify the maximum speed in the settings. Very handy if you want to drive more relaxed than the maximum speed.

    @Robert-Elliot-0 You could try looking in the Route Collections, some of these are tours that join together. If you find a collection that you like, upload the individual routes to your library then you can edit them. https://www.myrouteapp.com/en/info/collection

    The road block was visible in the map, the route info said there was a route violation due to the road block and the app kept telling me about the roadblock. The thing it did not do was not plan a route through the roadblock or provide an alternative.

    Hi ! So, the bad news is that Transfagarasan is still closed for now, but it should be opened in the next two weeks. You can check the live cam from time to time: https://www.roxy-world.ro/webcam-transfagarasan Good news is that Transalpina was opened about 5 days ago, some of my friends went there already and confirmed this. Enjoy Romania !
