I tried and see that enabling darkmode gives a much much better visibility of the route line. Satellite maps tend to be dark after all, so that's not a crazy idea I think Does that work for you?

The Chigee never sends the signals to apps about the wonder wheel movement, so neither MRA nor any other app can react to you twisting the wheel. I’m not sure about Android Auto, but that’s how CarPlay works. It only communicates to the apps which buttons you’ve pressed/touched on the CarPlay screen itself. The Chigee uses the wheel to move the selection box to the button you want to “press”, then nudging the wheel “touches” the highlighted button. All MRA sees is that you “touched” that onscreen button. It never sees that you rotated the wheel.

However, if I export the route into bmw navigation 3 choices appear. 1 route with the amount of waypoints I made. 1 with the amount of waypoints the bmw navigator creates (a lot). 1 with the poi created. First and second one shows no poi. The last one shows only poi’s. Clearly I am doing something wrong

Yes, it saved me from an extra 60km detour. You can also specify the maximum speed in the settings. Very handy if you want to drive more relaxed than the maximum speed.

Greetings from Nordsjælland MRA does not have a large public route library with thousands of routes. There are some public routes from Route Experts. Regular users like you and me can share select routes or folders containing multiple routes, but there's no single place for others to find them all - unfortunately. Other WEB sites have many routes, but mostly of low value, as people don't add meta data like "this is just some random route that turned out to be boring but I uploaded it anyway" or "great scenic route for low speed enjoyment" or.... So good routes are available, but it's hard to filter them. For your route through Europe, you can use the different maps in MRA WEB planner to pick major roads for speed or forest like areas. I usually make my longer routes with variations. You can also find other peoples routes and have part of your long route follow part of the routes you find online.

The road block was visible in the map, the route info said there was a route violation due to the road block and the app kept telling me about the roadblock. The thing it did not do was not plan a route through the roadblock or provide an alternative.

@Lynchy67 It is on the list for major maintenance of the website, just like being able to export multiple routes in one go. Please be patient.

@Garry-Davis exactly, that would have been my second advice, but you are one step ahead. You can choose your beloved app, to count a route to the petrolstation
