  Dear Brian, thanks for your reply, but I have enough shaping points and tried to add a few more at the location where the problem lies. But the problem persists. I hope the screenshots provide more clarity. On my ZUMO, I usually want the track under my route! I don't know if it matters, but I work on a Mac!   @Stevedo-6-0 agreed. The old adage of crap input, crap output is valid. It wouldn't necessarily need to be the OSM data. Google and HERE both show speed limits of a road (which itself isn't 100% accurate) when navigating so the data of speed limits is there, I guess it's just a case of whether a) that data is accessible b) whether the data is prohibitively expensive c) can it be coded into MRA simply Any of those 3 may be impossible to resolve in a cost effective and proportionate way.

  @Knee-Slider Then I would definitely recommend other plugins in your browser or VPN / DNS settings. It's confirmed not our issue but user device configuration stripping data from MyRoute-app requests causing OSM not to load.
