@Stephan-Dornberg No, this is not possible but you could change the title of the POI to indicate what it represents.

Ik had gisteren inderdaad het zelfde. Ik moest android auto ontkoppelen en weer opnieuw koppelen waarna het weer goed ging!

@Peter-Dorr-0 In the route planner, open the context menu of the waypoint where you want to start. Then, click on the three dots and select the flag with 'Go.'

If you find this too complicated and want to start driving immediately, you can press and hold the waypoint where you want to start in the navigation app, starting from your address. That will become the point you are guided to, and from there, the app will pick up the route on its own. However, you'll miss the first part of the route. You will still finish the route at the endpoint.

@Corjan-Meijerink, This certainly makes AB routes much more useful, and nice that the zooming is much less "jumpy" too 👍

Offline maps include topographic information. This means that when you update your offline maps, the 3D elevation difference should not lead to a floating position indicator anymore!

This means that users should update offline maps I suppose?
