Yes, but access to OSM maps, yes, even if only limited online, would be very helpful for certain applications because the OSM maps contain much more detailed information. It helps a lot to fix a goal and the environment exactly!!! I think that will be missed by some users who just quickly look for a route from A to B.

@Brian-Martin There have been 3 other reports of dark buttons. Can I ask you for the make and model of your phone and what AndroidAuto device you are using please.

Addendum: In the settings for navigation you have to activate the offline navigation yourself so that the fast route is calculated with the MRA 5.0, with MRA 4.4.1 this was automatically... I cannot help you. Only thing i can say is that wireless Android Auto isn't a good combination in my situation either. I'm glad i can use wired connection. This is 100% reliable.

That is by design at this point and will change when a “free drive” mode is added (which for now will probably be the same screen but with a way to close the menu)
