Map Options - MRA RouteXperts and MRA Scenic

Although I have Lifetime Gold Routeplanner and Lifetime Navigation Next both these options are greyed out - am I missing something? All other options are available.

Please zoom in like you have to when looking for POI.
Grey goes away and Routes appear.
