Tracklog fails

A whole day of riding.
Then when saving the tracklog it returns the message: not enough points or something like that. It did show a correct summary first.Anyway to retrieve? What can I be doing wrong?

Had a similar problem on Sunday, 14 June 26 and lost the whole day’s ride. I have not been able to recover the tracklog. Not sure what happened.

Did you have a good internet connection when the tracklog was stopped? I had a similar issue on a multi day trip last year, and at the end of the day when the tracklog was stopped, it appeared that all was well, however, I don't believe the entire tracklog was saved - and the only thing I could trace it back to was a spotty internet connection at that time. Just a guess.
