@Herko-ter-Horst Thanks for the fast reply. I've checked local closures and yes there is a closure close by but not on my route. I'll accept this as a "Here" mapping limitation. When performing the route calculation this often includes roads that are closed. So this information does not update quickly IMO. I have been using MRA for 3 years and it is a great product but sometimes its difficult to understand when it does something you don't expect. Keep up the good work MRA Team Derek

@Klaus-r I still don”t know wat these rifferences apear in the web planner. I”Ve looked at the route in the next app and heen I change the transport mode the distance AND thé total time stay the same Marybelle @Corjan-Meijerink can explain wat. @Gert-Nivelle als je street view hebt geopend zie in het Streetview scherm links bovenin een pijltje naar links. Dan zie je de route weer een kun je ergens anders in de route klikken voor Streetview of op het Streetview icoontje dan ben je weer in de planning modus

@Hans-van-de-Ven-MR-MRA Helaas heb ik de verschillende routes verwijderd om verder te kunnen gaan via een andere weg. Zojuist geprobeerd om het 'probleem'te reproduceren met poi's waarvan ik nog wist dat die een uitdaging gaven. Ik kon het echter niet reproduceren. Dus voor nu even on hold. Wanneer het weer eens gebeurd zal ik de betreffende route online zetten. Bedankt voor de reactie in ieder geval.

@Daniel-5b Dat hangt echt een beetje af van waar je je dan bevindt. Een route instellen en er dan geen gebruik meer van willen maken lijkt ook een beetje tegenstrijdig. Tip gebruik de volgende keer de in app planner dan klik je in een paar minuten tijd een leuke route bij elkaar. Kijk bv naar de laatste vlog van Denise die je stap voor stap meeneemt in hoe je dat doet.

Just checked that page you provied in your message and i don't have any issues. Perhaps a brief connection error or something similar occurred when you tried to visit the page?

@Mzokk Yes to all you outlined. The only recalculation you have any control over is off-route. Otherwise, as you pointed out, recalculation happens based on any number of variables. Certainly, it always happens on transfer and on load, and nothing can be done to prevent it. For off-route, I usually have it set to Prompted, but lately, I have it Off. When I develop a route, I know my intended minor deviations and how to return. I found that prompted can be very sensitive to the smallest changes, even down to what lane I'm in on a wide US interstate. Sometimes it gets annoying clearing the screen. But of course, that's all personal preference.

@M-Schrijver Ook in BC zet deze de routepunten op kruispunten en rotondes bij track naar route convertie. Die moet ik dan ook verplaatsen. Jaco (JaVaWa) had een tooltje ontwikkeld waarbij de routepunten altijd na het kruispunt gezet worden maar werkt ook niet optimaal. https://geo.javawa.nl/routefilter/

Hey @Corjan-Meijerink und Web Planer Team, wollt ihr da s. Anfang was unternehmen, wisst ihr davon. Sorry möchte nicht jagen, möchte nur wissen ob es aufgefallen ist. Das mit eigenen POI und dem Wusch diesen per einfachen Klick einzubinden geht so leider nicht weil das weiße Kreutz fehlt. VG Danke für alles jeden Tag

@HighPeakRider To me, it looks like there's no flaw or whatsoever. First of all, at 2 locations a left/right turn was made but the route was followed as it should be (routepoint 18 and routepoint 33). If it was intended to follow the road at routepoint 18, routepoint 19 should be located at a location which follows the route after routepoint 18. Same goes for routepoint 33 and routepoint 34. Even when i turn off seasonal closures, nothing changed on the route. If you could elaborate which direction you prefer from routepoint 18 and routepoint 33, i could have a better look in how this went wrong in MRA. But for now, my conclusion is, is that routepoint 18 and 33 are misplaced and should not been there.
