@HighPeakRider To me, it looks like there's no flaw or whatsoever. First of all, at 2 locations a left/right turn was made but the route was followed as it should be (routepoint 18 and routepoint 33). If it was intended to follow the road at routepoint 18, routepoint 19 should be located at a location which follows the route after routepoint 18. Same goes for routepoint 33 and routepoint 34. Even when i turn off seasonal closures, nothing changed on the route. If you could elaborate which direction you prefer from routepoint 18 and routepoint 33, i could have a better look in how this went wrong in MRA. But for now, my conclusion is, is that routepoint 18 and 33 are misplaced and should not been there.

And in case you don'want to import it in MRA, there is a very good online viewer called GPS Visualizer which can do the trick. Or you can import your route in Google Maps

@Hubert-Thoring Very Nice! I generally have my laptop with me on longer trips for creating/transferring new routes, but I see situations where your approach can be useful. I'm going to order a Lightning to USB adapter and have this as an option. Thanks!

I had the same. I made a route from my hometown into Belgium and saw the Dutch flag. Then I reversed the route to go back the same way and this time I saw a question mark instead of the Belgium flag. But when I made a new route myself, it did get the Belgian flag. I do not know why, but it happened [image: 1721409419881-screenshot-001.jpg]

@Ramon-Cutanda-Lopez Welcome to the stange world of navigation. What can i tell you to help you? Here and TomTom are two different producers of maps. Both are making good maps but they are not exactly equal. When ypou encounter difference in making routes between the two maps and you cannot solved these difference by placing some extra routepoints. Search for the location where the diffuculties are. When you found it. Try to avoid this location on both maps. My experience in real-life. If something like this happens the situation on the road is mostly also (a bit) odd. When planning with TomTom map. The traffic info of TomTom is not used. Basicly you can easily make a route over a stretch of road which is closed. But in Here it is a different. Even when traffic info is not shown. The Here map uses the traffic when making a route. This can confuse people. This can result in your question

@Corjan-Meijerink yes exactly. Poibase.com is another similar site. There are also a number of websites with interesting routes and poi files available for free downloads, with relevance to the site. For instance some biker friendly hotels have various local routes available for download on their web site. Years ago the German Louis motorcycle store had a poi of all their stores. Maybe they removed it because it is faster to just search for the stores in map apps. So in short Tom, use Google to find pois.
