I find it easier to define one route that is the whole journey, then separate routes for each day.

ik was aan het plannen via De Strada Delle Vette en toen viel me het op, ik rijdt er sowieso omheen, ik had echter verwacht dat de weg "zwart" zou zijn zoals richting Mauthen

As a service provider, you can do your very best to protect the data as best as possible. But that data is stored somewhere. And as TS indicates, you should not immediately trust that your data there (Cloud Based) is also safe. There are many providers of cloud services. The most common ones are from Microsoft (Azure) and Amazon (AWS). But Uncle Ali also offers cloud services. An additional factor for security is the location of the data center where the cloud data is stored. Stricter requirements apply in Europe than in the US, for example. I can't imagine how Ali would deal with this. I have good reasons to believe that data security is okay with Azure and AWS (MyRoute?). But the factor is added by the service provider. @Corjan-Meijerink already gave a clear answer to that. But the greatest risk factor is always posed by the user self.

Het zou sowieso verstandig zijn als mensen hulp vragen, dat zij vermelden welke transportmodus gebruikt wordt, of ze een directe route (met WP's), curvy of track rijden en wellicht meer parameters. Des te meer functionaliteit in MRA zit, des te meer dit soort dingen gaan voorkomen, en het haalt het guesswork een beetje uit de antwoorden. Ik denk aan een pop-up bij het plaatsen van een bericht, met enkele vragen die beantwoord moeten worden of zo. Ik snap wel dat een extra belasting door (sommige) kaartmakers gezien wordt als tol. Met de talloze verschillende manieren waarop belastingen geïnd worden (tol, maud, vignet noem maar op) en de ogenschijnlijke onwil van de EU om dat te reguleren, zullen kaartmakers ten alle tijde achter de feiten blijven aanlopen.
