Outreach to Sygic in light of connectivity issues
As promised to some of our members I've reached out to Sygic to try and see if we can work out a fix for recent connectivity issues with Sygic and MRA mobile.

also thnaks for transparency however we are waiting for solution and Sygic has its own router planner so i thinkthan if you are not going to push them, they are not going to do nothing for us and then my support to MRA will be for nothing.

So I have just upgraded to Gold and also vrought the Sygic licence as I have just brought a Ducati Multistrada to use the Sygic GPS system. I now find out I cannot use Myroute App with Sygic! Grrrrrr - I know you are in communication with them - could you keep us updated on your progress please - thanks Stuart
I've reached out again to Sygic, now that 20 days have passed.
I was promised that management/development would reach out to me. But so far nothing has appeared in my inbox.
You can find my reminder below. I really hope that we'll be able to get in touch with them. But if not, we'll start informing people to simply reach out to their support and attach this forum thread.

@Timo-Martosatiman-MRA is there any update on this? Since it is September already. I am experiencing the same issues.
@Jochem-Rebergen Like with you, Sygic keeps telling us that they're working on the issue. At this time there's nothing else I can do (as this is a problem on their end, and they recognize it as such).
