I am experiencing the same. But it seems not be (just) MRA, I have the same at different navigation apps, especially those which have no downloaded or offline maps available. But I am experiencing the same to radio apps as well like Radioplayer, Radio.de or TuneIn. It might be a bug in Apple CarPlay, it might also an issue with the mobile network, not responding in a time fashioned manner, so just on LTE or even slower. I could not really figure out what is causing this.

@steve-spake Your XT is on and connected to your phone? You should see that "D" icon in the top of both your screens, XT and phone.

There is an "easy" way to do this. Copy the route and name the copy e.g. as route reference. Then open the original route again and add the "route reference". It will then look like a track. This takes about less than 1 minute. Then change the calculation map and make any necessary adjustments.

Loop eigenlijk tegen dezelfde vraag aan ….plan je van A naar B dan kan je ingeven hoe bochtig dat je wilt . Ik moet zeggen dat deze bochtige routes nu ook echt wel mooi zijn en ook bij rondrit planner …bijna geen stoplichten en echte leuke achteraf weggetjes . In der Zeit einer mehrtägigen Motorradtour in Deutschland 31.8 bis 9.9.25 bei ca. 3000km im Odenwald, Frankenland und Erzgebirge kam es dreimal vor das die MRA V4.4.1 (408) abgestürzt ist. Es war immer in der MRA Navigation bei voller Fahrt, die Handy Batterie war bei über 90% … im Betrieb waren zeitgleich zwei Apps. VG

I notice that, using with carplay, the NAME of WAYPOINT is spoken by the voice but ONLY if it's coincide with a POI. Nice, yesterday i made a couple of mountain passes and I edited as POI+WAYPOINT and voice told me when i was near, very useful. Can this be possible with only waypoint to? Otherwise, a "trick" can be to set the track adding some POI where I want to hear the announcement...
