    [image: image.jpeg] As I understand things MRA has its own settings / routing Profile to calculate routes when using OSM as the route calculator the way the routing profile for OSM in MRA is currently set leads to some very odd (incorrect/poor) routing choices the above is just one example comparing the OSM site to MRA, very often I notice the OSM route in MRA is just weird / illogical can MRA not just use the standard OSM Profile settings?

    MRA is great—I couldn’t do without it anymore! But now that I’m starting to do more off-road riding—in places like Spain and Morocco—I’m wondering if MRA might focus more on this area in its future development? Something along the lines of the DMD2 software, perhaps? It could be an interesting direction for MRA: a standalone tablet that comes with the software and maps pre-installed. ... Just throwing the idea out there! Keep up the good work!! It’s truly appreciated.

    with old version i had it also in east europe. there i had no internet and it was not great. new version i have not used.

    @MotoCon by clunky, I mean it seems slow, and some of the roads in my area don't show up. As well as when I pass waypoints on the navigation, they stay on the map or the app tries to navigate a different way than I have planned out on the route creator. I am in America and this app seems to be based out of europe where it would get more support and better navigation. Over in the states most people rely on IOS or Android devices. So I was asking for recommendations for a device. I noticed in the route creator that it mentions Tom Tom and HERE devices. So I was looking to purchase one if it was good and price was reasonable.

    I don't recall that the Connector had any options for saving the file to a specific location on the Garmin. My GPS is out of my possession at the moment, so I can't actually test that.

    @Corjan-Meijerink Hallo Corjan. Als ik mijn routes wil openen kom ik automatisch op deze pagina terecht (forum.myrouteapp.com/topic/11924/myroute-app-offline). Is dit het gevolg van de storing? Kunnen jullie mij vertellen hoe ik weer bij mijn routes kan komen, dit is alleen maar op mijn PC niet op mijn telefoon of tablet. Ik hoor graag van jullie. MVG henk

    @KurtvPoucke nee, maar je kunt daar wel (op voorhand) iets aan doen, door eerst de route in OSM te maken en deze daarna in HERE openen. Als je de OSM-route eronder legt, dan kun je ze gelijktrekken. Eenmaal rijdend is het, zoals @con-hennekens terecht opmerkt, niet te wijzigen.

    Hi ! So, the bad news is that Transfagarasan is still closed for now, but it should be opened in the next two weeks. You can check the live cam from time to time: https://www.roxy-world.ro/webcam-transfagarasan Good news is that Transalpina was opened about 5 days ago, some of my friends went there already and confirmed this.
