@Nick-Carthew, True. I usually place the POI only, and add a WP manually with some information about the POI in the name and note. ON the road of course This combines beautifully with my other suggestion of the day, about "snapping" WPs to the road automatically.

@Helmut-Baumer, what @Reinhard-32 says is true, however, during planning you can add the POIs you would like to incorporate into your route to the route by clicking them, and in the windows add them.

@L-Spijker-0, Some providers offer a clone SIM card. I have one in my CAT from Vodafone. I can just put my Pixel in flightmode and take the CAT out of flightmode and it just uses the same cell subscription. Maybe something for you to explore?

@RideOnWithFriends Thanks, looks like a great device. However I'd suggest to the developers that if people feel like they need to buy a dedicated tablet just to guarantee that the distance text is always legible, perhaps the way they display that distance text needs a rethink.

@RetiredWingMan, @Corrado-Miniati-0 his suggestion is to have the planned pause time visible (if any), not the time of arrival there. That is indeed visible at the bottom if you cycle to the right option.

The frequency in which HERE presents map updates is too high for this, and the time it takes to download them is a real PITA of you press OK for the download too soon or underway by accident. I understand your wish, and it could be okay if the updates are e.g. 3 versions ahead of what you already have, and then with NO means of immediately starting the download (merely a message to go into the settings to download them).
