I usually add a single route at a time, for example a variant that I may have created to cut, or the possibility of not knowing in person, but only through Google maps, for example, the possibility that there may be closed roads, or that maybe they have been reopened and Google still gives them as closed etc etc... and having the possibility of being able to decide only with a glance, but also being able to keep the gpx track under the itinerary so that if the wrong road I notice it immediately! Anyway yes, they are doing a great job! I used tomtom first and then garmin, but for a couple of months I use MRA for all my outings, and I feel really good, yesterday my friends were surprised to be able to modify a route on the fly and find it immediately in the navigation app...

I think it is a great idea to have the waypoint icon in the app as well changing color when the targeted waypoint number exceeds the ones visible on the map. Not only in the list. Maybe decrease it's tint 70% or something?

Ik gebruik al geruime tijd de apparaten van Thork Racing (T865 - T665 - T865X) in combinatie met de RemotekOne-afstandsbediening, die perfect samenwerkt met MRA. De stroomvoorziening werkt op een knoopcelbatterij en de verbinding via Bluetooth is zeer stabiel, dus je hebt geen gedoe met kabels. Ik gebruik de RemotekOne op twee motorfietsen; je moet een kleine veiligheidsschroef losdraaien en dan kun je hem eenvoudig omsteken. Dat duurt maar een minuut. In tegenstelling tot veel andere afstandsbedieningen heeft de RemotekOne geen joystick, maar uitsluitend 6 knoppen voor alle functies, die ook met dikke handschoenen aan heel veilig te bedienen zijn. I confirm @JP-d third point with updating offline maps: it's nasty! If you have limited data space capacity and if you are doing often longer trips through several Countries - you will download only applicable regions (not whole countries). Truly, it's non-essential to update every week. But in preparation of the next journey (crossing different countries): it's tedious to find out, which regions are still downloaded, and and need to keep offline - or should be deleted (in case of limited capacity) - and other ones must be downloaded. Would be helpful to have a kind of "summary page" listing only the downloaded maps (with possibility to select and delete single items). it's not user friendly, in case of information about available update - if affected region(s) are not mentioned. After pushing the button "update", you have to wait a verry verry long time, for the update to finish! Ok, you can work with a "crowbar" and switch of Internet connection. This will stop the download. Then you can see in the ultra-long list of all countries/regions, which one shows the icon for not finished update. Then you can decide: remove this map, or keep it for update. Would be helpful to have a kind of "summary page" listing only the downloaded versus incomplete updated maps.

Huh...the plot thickens. Good catch @white.mouse. I'm pretty diligent about updates and I'm positive I received the green "updates installed" message after installing the updates but each province for me was 1Gb so maybe there was a timeout. V5 of the app is out this week so maybe the timeout issue has been addressed. If not, hopefully it's addressed in a .xx update. Now that I know what's happening I can double check that offline maps have been downloaded properly before heading out on a trip but as-is, it seems very easy for users to think they have offline maps downloaded when they have not.

The app isn't even live yet. All the manuals will be updated accordingly as soon as the app is released.

Ik heb zelfs een Treo 650 met een Palm OS gehad. Beetje BlackBerry style. Ik vond het een heel handig apparaat.

I'm also very fond of a hybrid modus. Basic navigation always on the offline maps. Combined with the online posibilities along the way where needed or useful. Just like the most of us, i like to ride the route just as i made it. But what i also like. Automatic altering the route by the navigition because a stretch of road is not usable/blocked. This means. Just keep on riding and not fiddeling on my screen to look for a re-route. I also agree with @Con-Hennekens that the Here traffic info doesn't seems to be that good that is really useful for i.e automatic re-routing.

This was the first thing I noticed when using the app. Everything else is nearly perfect, but that tiny font size for the distance to the next turn is a HUGE (pardon the pun) problem. There are two things I look at every time I glance at my navigation - the route line so I can see what the road is doing up ahead, and the distance to the next turn so I know if I can just cruise for a while or if I need to keep checking the navigation during an upcoming turn. Being able to quickly glance at this information is critical on a motorcycle when you have to pay attention to a lot of other things and you're looking through a helmet visor that might already have dirt and bugs on it. Brian's response regarding turning on audio announcements is not an acceptable solution, especially for those who do not have audio on their bike or helmet. Every other navigation app uses an acceptable font size for the upcoming turn because they understand this is the single most important piece of information on the screen. Come on MRA team, let's get this fixed.

@Dwight-Norwood, MRA is definitely not going to think up their own weather service so a partnership is a must. I think we would be talking multiple partnerships, because every part of the world has their own preference of accurate weather data. That makes it probably more complex and more expensive than anyone wishes for. But I do agree it would be a nice feature.
