Hello! I'm having trouble creating a direct route between two major cities. The route goes through a border crossing that is open, but the planner keeps sending me on a huge detour. It’s between the cities of Osorno (Chile) and Bariloche (Argentina), crossing at the Cardenal Samoré border. I used to be able to plan this route without any issues, but for some time now, it’s been impossible. Can anyone help? Thank you very much!

A screenshot would certainly help I am guessing you are using MRA Navigation in the Dynamic View mode so the compass symbol looks something like this [image: 1760558727135-07ca7fc9-0c54-483b-99f7-a5b6e480d268-image.png] my guess is the light blue area is meant to represent the sky, it is just some simple basic graphics the end of where you can see the map towards the top of the screen is the horizon, so the light blue above this is the sky, depending on the Zoom & Tilt levels you have in the Settings > Functional > Map Layer you will see more or less sky In Dynamic mode the zoom is speed sensitive so the amount of sky can also increase/decrease depending on speed

@Corjan-Meijerink I'm afraid of seeming annoying, but I'd still like to ask: when revising the MyRoute app, were you also able to implement integration/support for Remote-2 controllers from DMD? More and more users are eagerly waiting for this.

@Rob-Lindsay I would guess that the Skyline is treating your route as a track. A track only has a start and end point with no intermediary points.

@Corjan-Meijerink thank you very much for clear and detailed information, which was really professional. Such things can happen in IT, but the major point is, how to deal with

I use MRA already a few years and more then 10.000 km during my camper trips and it's a great tool. It helps against (too) low bridges and road where you're not allowed to drive but be careful. Even if it's allowed to drive on certain roads as a camper, you not always want to use those roads because they are to small, to steep etc. So always check before you enter a road that you not really trust. By the way, this is not a fault of MRA.

@Lynchy67 It is on the list for major maintenance of the website, just like being able to export multiple routes in one go. Please be patient.

Because I was able to improve my off-road skills, and because I am now comfortable with a brand new KTM 890 Adventure - I took part in an unexpected trip in Italy: Motorbike off-road trip through the 5 regions - Emilia Romagna, Marche, Tuscany, Lazio and Abruzzo. Please read my blog to find out what happens on that trip and how much fun, pain and crashes we had on this journey. With story, photos, videos and tracklogs: https://www.myrouteapp.com/blog/open/1733 Because the blog page can't be reached any longer directly, I'm trying to attract readers by publishing a link here. Enjoy - and please provide feedback if you feel like.
