    That’s great to hear Peter. I have to report that not a single day the app was working without freezing. Nothing helped, no factory reset of the tablet and fresh installation. I can not use it anymore. Maybe it’s just on the Ulefone. I try Samsung when I am at home.

      For me (as I have started this topic), the issue seems to be solved.
      During my two-days tour it was working as expected with the updated v5.1.

        @Thomas-Neumeyer On a Spanish BMW forum, there is another member with problems with Ulefone and MRA.

          What does it says in the forum? I really love the app and I don't want to give it up. It's just always the same after several hours. Tab is also not hot or something. I can perfectly continue with maps, osmand and dmd2 (which is not made for touring). Thomas

            I translated it. Its a different problem. The routing stops and the position arrow does not move anymore. Closing the app does not help. It's asking if I want to continue the tour but its not follo8my movement. Only after several times closing the app it works but not for good and stopped again. So far no news about my ticket sent.

              Last tour yesterday from south Germany to north. Same issue after about two hours map stopped to move like GPS was stopping in the app. App itself was working but position was on the same spot after restart.

                I did this many times. App starts but map ist not moving. And I can not stop every hundert meters and restart again and hope that it works. I really love the App but at the moment I dont use it.

                  Last tour yesterday from south Germany to north. Same issue after about two hours map stopped to move like GPS was stopping in the app. App itself was working but position was on the same spot after restart.

                  I was driving yesterday over 500 km without any problem.

                  I guess your current problems are related to the Ulefone.

                  Hopefully you will have a better experience when you'll try another phone.

                  I know it doesn't help right know.......

                      Es exactamente el mismo problema. Pasadas una 2 / 3 horas la pantalla se congela y no recibo instrucciones, y el reinicio de la app no soluciona nada. Otras apps funcionan perfectamente.
                      Ulefone me indica si quiero devolverla o si quiero enviarles el report de uso para ver que ocurre, pero esto último me han enviado instrucciones a medias y creo que la devolveré y listo, no quiero perder mas tiempo.

                      It's exactly the same problem. After 2 or 3 hours, the screen freezes and I don't receive any instructions, and restarting the app doesn't fix anything. Other apps work perfectly. Ulefone is asking if I want to return it or send them a usage report to see what's happening, but they only sent me half-baked instructions for the latter, and I think I'll just return it and be done with it; I don't want to waste any more time.

                            @Thomas-Neumeyer as a last resort. Did you try setting it back to Factory settings and then start from scratch. Seems weird that you’re the only one with troubles. Maybe it works

                                I made factory reset two times and no, there are no other apps in background. I also just installed myroute app to avoid any issues. I contacted Ulefone, lets see how this works. Strange is just that all other Apps for navigation are working.

                                    If they dont offer a solution mabey MRA support van help out via a ticket

                                      I experienced exactly this last weekend. I cannot say it was temperature but it was hot. What is says above matches exactly my experience. Swipe-closing the app did not help, rebooting the phone did. Probably a force-close from the Android Apps menu would have solved it to. For me, this is the only resembling experience I had during a 4 day ride. I blame the phone... 😉
