@Bouke-Ent As I mentioned before, it's possible that the phones you mentioned are of higher quality than the Carpe Iter. That's why you're not having any problems. I had a similar bad experience with the Hugerock X7, which are very similar in both hardware and software.

@Lex.Kloet.RX Zo heb ik nog wel de nodige TomToms liggen van diverse generaties. Die gebruik ik ook niet meer, prima apparaten op zich, maar het automatisch herberekenen kon je niet uitschakelen (en dat wilde ik juist wel). Elk huisje heeft zijn kruisje? Gebruik toch meestal de Zumo XT (met My Route webplanner). De app van MyRoute heb ik op de telefoon op het stuur als 'achtervanger'.

Afhankelijk van de Android versie van de Carpe Iter kan je nog via de geavanceerde kaartinstellingen (alleen op Android <= 13 beschikbaar) een andere render modus kiezen. Dat kan veel problemen oplossen.
