@Robby-De-Laet ik heb dit probleem ook. Bij het volgen van een route, loopt de route vast. (Eventueel door gemiste afslag, maar niet altijd daardoor). Het lijkt er dan ook op of ik nog steeds het voorgeprogrammeerde parcours volg, maar dan zonder navigatie begeleiding. Wanneer ik dat dan op merk, ben ik al even van het parcours verwijderd. Dan is de enige optie om te herstarten. Maar dan stuurt de app me via de kortste(denk ik) weg terug naar vertrekpunt. Hernemen lukt me dan niet ook al ben ik terug op het juiste parcours. Ook deze week wou ik gewoon een a naar b rit doen. Maar ik kreeg toen enkel het startscherm maar geen kaart. Kon op geen enkele manier naar de navigatie pagina. Heb dan maar de waze gebruikt. PS : heb de laatste updates van zowel de app als mijn smartphone.

@Adrian-Faloon, Do all drivers have the same (company) phone? That is an excellent situation to gather testdata. Curious which phone this is on. A slight amount of users experience the same problem. It is hard to find out why. As a workaround, what most of the time helps a lot is to have another GPS using app in the background. A tracker, a speed warning app or whatever. A problem on some (mostly higher end) devices, related to the HERE platform the app is built on. HERE's own WeGo app has the same problem. Devs are nagging HERE about it, but yeah... big company, you know how it goes... I am having this too, but only under very specific circumstances. For me it is very incidental, only with one specific WP, and only when navigating online when having started the app (or the route) from within a wifi connection, after which the phone switches to the GSM network. Can you confirm the same? I would be very interested to know if the problem disappears when disabling wifi before starting the app, and if it disappears after enabling off-line mode.

@artbone regarding the issue with some keys not working, we are looking into that. It however should only occur when using a BT keyboard.

@Chris-Hall sometimes running another gps program such a speedo in the background helps to reduce the delay.

@Drabslab The only things interesting to me are my coloured Via Points showing me the POI’s. Scenery, Viewpoints, Historic or notable Buildings, Lakes, Ponds, Mountains, Food/Drink and Fuel.

@Charlie-Spicer I didn't plug my android to the charger started with 100% battery by the time I got to my coffee stop 1hr.25min later I was down to 10% I think that is excessive power consumption compared to Google maps or Wase. Updates and improvements are always welcome.

@Con-Hennekens klopt maar het vreemde is dat ik ze te zien krijg als ik over het viaduct rij maar ik krijg ze niet als ik onder het viaduct rij dat lukt mij toch niet te kloppen. Dit was overigens op de A6 en de A7@ in Frankrijk

On a Cardo two bluetooth channels can be used simultaneous. Besides the intercom there are two other channels you can use for other bluetooth devices. This makes a total of 3 bluetooth connections while only 2 can be used simultaneous. Perhaps this a cause op the problem. I'm pretty conviced MRA is not the problem. Because MRA has not to do with bluetooth connections. Android or IOS manages this.

Hello Gary, those two statements seem to contradict each other. I think you're saying the tracklogs are not in BST when they should be, right? i.e. it's a bug. If so, it's a reasonable request.

@Geraar-Motaar Turn by turn instructions are not available for walking or cycling routes. However, you can open your route in the app and choose to follow the line by clicking the navigation pointer (bottom right) twice. @Arjan-de-Vries de afleesbaar heid van de XT family blijft voor MIJ nog steeds het beste een daarom die ik hetzelfde als jij een heb mijn gsm ook lopen. De combinatie van die 2 is op dit moment nog het beste. De nukken van de XT neem ik daarom voorlopig maar voor lief. De opties van MRA zijn echt een stuk beter. Dus mijn hoor je over die combinatie niet klagen. Bovendien is MRA vollop in ontwikkeling en kan dus alleen nog maar beter worden. Als het stroomverbruik nog opgelost zou kunnen worden zou dat een ferme stap voorwaarts zijn en dan zijn we weer terug bij Here
