Feature request - enhanced speed camera alerts

@Marinus-van-Deudekom as I’m riding ? No chance . I’m keeping my head up looking ahead for safety.
In my opinion:
A single beep is easily missed, especially with road noise or when using Cardo intercoms with other riders. Spoken alerts would significantly improve awareness and safety.

@Fifield-Nick I agree ! At least with Osmand, you get a verbal notification every time you pass over the speed limit "Speed limit xx !" This would be nice to have in MRA.

In that case also the possibility to turn this off.

@Rob-Veerman of course ! In Osmand you can turn on or off a lot of audio notifications.

@Con-Hennekens not complicated ... complex ! But if its configured by all aspects, it works flawlessly !
It cand be used for a multitude of sports (ex. snowboarding, ski, hiking, for boats and planes ...)
