Feature request - enhanced speed camera alerts

In my opinion:
A beep is easily missed, especially with road noise or when using Cardo intercoms with other riders. Spoken alerts would significantly improve awareness and safety. At least make it an option.

@Fifield-Nick I agree ! At least with Osmand, you get a verbal notification every time you pass over the speed limit "Speed limit xx !" This would be nice to have in MRA.

In that case also the possibility to turn this off.

It cand be used for a multitude of sports (ex. snowboarding, ski, hiking, for boats and planes ...)
