Loss of Information When NOT Navigating

With the old NAV App, when you were not navigating, there was a range of information available, such as speed limits for the current road.
With MyRoute App this information is missing. If I navigate, it is preset, but then, when using the app to display where I am, the information is missing.
I've looked through the configuration settings I can find, but can't find how to add information to the map display when NOT navigating.
Has anyone discovered how to restore the information?

@Himself Hi, I moved your topic to the suggestions section of the forum as this is not a bug. It is one suggestion that has been asked for before and is high on the list for a future update.
