@Con-Hennekens
Dank voor je reactie. Wachten we die update even af -
I have the same issue with my Cardo Packtalk Bold and my iPhone 12mini.
When I use the Cardo just for MyRouteApp Navigation The volume is ok.
BUT when I also have other connected riders to Cardo-Com the volume of MyRouteApp Navigation is quite low.Looking forward to an update

Cardo has separate volumes for each channel/function. Try changing this.
On your phone the media volume should set to max. MRA uses the media channel.
MRA together with intercom is also a setting on the Cardo. This is called priority. Sometimes your phone has a lower priority compared to intercom. The one with the lowest priority is pushed to the background. Look in you manual for more info about priority. Besides this there are separate volumes settings for one channel (only phone) and two channel use (phone and intercom).

@M-Schrijver I presume the settings are adjusted via the Cardo Connect App?
-
@M-Schrijver, my Cardo-settings are:
Priority on phone, NOT on Intecom
Volume for phone 100%
Volume for Intercom 80%, maybe I should reduce it!
I cannot find a function of separate volume for phone and phone + Intercom -
@M-Schrijver The audio priority options in the Cardo app look like this.

@Tom-Johann
Look for something like background volume. The exact option could be different for different model and ages.B.T.W
My experience with the Cardo Edge.
I have paired a second Edge to the mesh channel. When the second Edge is not connected. All volume levels are noticeable lower then when the second Edge is connected. -
@M-Schrijver, many thanks for your hint!
In the past I always changed volume for Telphone,
but this is not the Telephone volume in general but Telephone CALLS!The right volume configuration for the Navi is "Musik" and than there is "Background Musik" while Intercom. This is why the Navigation volume was reduced during Intercom.
I increased "Background Musik" and everything is perfekt.Many thanks again for the possibility to discuss ans finally solving the issue I already have for years now.
Really happy! THANKS! -
Almost 1 year later, and it seems this is still an issue.
I've bought a Packtalk Edge last week, so here's my experience so far.When I'm on my bike, I'm running the Flitsmeister & a separate navigation app.
The first time I've tried my Packtalk, I was using Tomtom Ride, and Spotify, which seemed to work fine.Last weekend, I started with just Flitsmeister, and MRA Next. Volume was really low, just heard some very muted whispering from the nav. app. Flitsmeister was quite loud.
On a given moment, I've got a FM notification, simultaneously with a MRA notification, and then the volume was suddenly OK. Yet, only this moment, and not afterwards.So I've did some searching, and found this thread. However, I can't find the setting as in the screenshot above?
Anyway... The next day, tried to run JUST MRA Next, hoping it would sound OK, without any other apps interfering. But no cigar... So I had a F* it moment, and turned on Spotify to just play some music, and guess what... Volume was OK.
Nice to have it partially working, but still looking to have some decent volume without music.
