At MyRoute-app we have been working on improving our app and we have made a major update. After thousands of feedback messages from users we have improved the visual language of the waypoint menu. We also added functionality that allows you to put photos to individual points in your route which makes it even more fun making routes.
-- official internal announcement by MyRoute-app

Attention Community,

Today we've put the new waypoint menu live. As indicated in the official announcement above, we're very happy with the results and the way we've been able to adjust the experience of the Routeplanner to your feedback.

Whilst not as 'grand' as the next MRA Navigation update or the upcoming Route library update, the improvement of the waypoint menu has been very important to us internally as well. The reason for this is that this is the first time that we've been able to push a project towards a deadline, keep it steady within aim, cut scope creep and announce the deadline several weeks in advance. Whilst this might sound a bit silly, after all, deadlines are meant to be met, it has been neigh impossible for us to announce deadlines in advance in the past without the risk of a formal apology somewhere around the corner.

With the waypoint menu out of the way, the next update for the Routeplanner is the improved RouteXpert library which is aimed to go live at November 3rd.

Kind regards,

Timo Martosatiman
