Connector update

When I use export I get a message for connector update, but when i open the downloaded update there is a message that there is already an other version of this product installed. How do i remove the old version of connector? Can't find it in the apps.

Via the control panel in windows

If you are unable to update the connector, perform the following steps:
- Search Windows for Control Panel
- Click on "uninstall a program"
- Find the connector of MyRoute-app
- Right click with your mouse on the MyRoute-app application
- Click on "delete"
- Once the file has been deleted, you can install the new connector from ww.myrouteapp.com or run the file just downloaded.
If the above steps do not work, please contact the MyRoute-app support.
