Achievements anomolies
-
Hi, I am relatively new to the web based route planner and the App. I'm currently on a 90 day European tour and have been using the planner to create routes that I subsequently transfer to my Garmin via Basecamp. I've also used the app (on a Pixel 7 running Android 16) to create a number of tracks whilst riding. I have some observations regarding the achievements/countries visited function as follows:
-
I rode from Vic in Spain to Llivia in the Spanish enclave (in France!) via Andorra. Although I rode across the whole of Andorra it doesn't appear in my list of countries visited!
-
My list of countries visited includes a reference to France. This is correct. However, when I click on the French flag I get the following error message "This item does not exist (anymore)." I have a tracklog of 550km in my list of tracks for France so the error message does not make sense to me.
-
I have two tracks for Denmark totalling approx. 340km. In my list of tracks the country flag for Denmark is not shown. Instead there is a grey rectangle with a question mark in it instead. Denmark does not appear in my list of visited countries although I have two tracks that were created with the app. Instead I have a "rosette" which shows "Visited completed" only, no country name.

Just to be clear. All tracklogs that I have in MyRouteApp were created by the app on my phone and not imported from somewhere else.
Any ideas how I might go about resolving these issues and maybe avoid them happening in the future?
Many thanks

Steve@Stevedo-6-0 This is something that only the development team can rectify. I suggest creating a support ticket and include all of your
information in it. -

The tracklog must start in the visiting country. Just driving through isn't enough to get it 'flagged'.

Hi Rob. I didn't know that and also didn't find it in the documentation. Do you also happen to know how many km have to be ridden/driven in order for a country to be "visited".
Thanks

Steve@Stevedo-6-0 You indeed won’t find anything about it in the support pages. The “Achievements” existed before there was a navigation app — there was only a route planner. Tracking your route was the only way to influence the counters on that page. You have to start the track in the country you want to add; simply riding through it is not enough. I don't know how long the tracklog must be.
The website will be completely overhauld in the near future. I also have no idea what the plans are. Will the achievements remain or disappear? That remains to be seen.

As far as I know the achievement will count the moment that you start a track Log in another country. So 1km would be more than enough, not much of an achievement
