Latest off-line navigation procedure?

Hello, all!
For off-line navigation, do we still need to place the Route into the Download folder?

I noticed that if I choose to download the Route, the option for "Use for off-line" is gone and replaced with the "Sync", not sure what it means.... Should I select that or use GPX 1.1?

Is there a concise video or written instructions of how to use off-line navigation is the latest version of the App?

There is a new procedure for offline navigation. This only needs to be done once and then all new routes will also be available for offline navigation.
From the app menu page open Routes and Tracklogs, tap the 3 dots top right and then select Sync all my routes
No need to download routes now.

The download option is used for saving and exporting routes to other GPS devices.
The download folder will contain MRA routes from others that are not in your route library and GPX files for exporting.
