Suggestion: Make the layer icon permanently visible

Dear MRA Team,

First of all, a big thanks for what you have achieved. It is truly amazing what you have accomplished.

I would like to make the following suggestion for POI the library.

Currently, when I click the POI Layers icon in the route planner, I see a list of all currently visible POI layers and can disable them individually.

The issue is that once a layer is disabled, it disappears from the list. When all layers are disabled, the list becomes empty and the POI Layers icon itself disappears. As a result, there is no quick way to re-enable previously disabled layers from the planner. Instead, I have to go back to the POI Library and enable them again.

I think it would be much more convenient if the POI Layers panel showed both enabled and disabled POI layers, with a checkbox or toggle for each one. This would allow users to quickly turn layers on and off directly from the planner without needing to return to the POI Library.

This would make experimenting with different POI collections during route planning much faster and more intuitive.
