Can not transfer my route from My Route to my TomTom

Just log on to My Routes ,planned a new route .Every think was fine last year but it looks like TomTom have redesigned the Web site. and now I can not transfer my route from My Route to my TomTom.I have turned on the synrnised the route on My Routes but it will not transfer when I turn the sat nav on .What have Tom Tom done it work fine .Now it will not transfer Routes

@Chris-Wise Make sure that your TomTom is still connected to MyDrive. Sometimes the connection is dropped.
