@Nomko-Nomden, Dat kan allemaal wel wezen, maar je krijgt dus géén voorgestelde laadpaal in plaats van een voorgesteld tankstation in je scherm tijdens het navigeren, zonder een specifieke EV modus. Jij kunt het zinloos vinden, maar dat wil niet zeggen dat het logisch is om over te kunnen beschikken.

if you are referring to that small route of mine, i understand your confusion. i know the route above shows all via's but this was not finished i was merely using it as an example for the OP.

when i make a route i do not us via points at all, save for start and finish obviously.

personally, i find via points a pain in the a*%e, hence why I never use them, however, it is nice to have the option, for those who do use them, which is a major plus point for MRA.

@Ron-Z, Check the specs of your charger and look for QC3.0 (or higher) and PD3.0 (or higher). There are apps that show how fast your phone is charging, while the app is running (at least for Android there are).

Het is de horizon.
TomTom Go heeft een vergelijkbare view maar laat de Horizon niet zo nadrukkelijk zien als MRA. Hierdoor stoort het minder of helemaal niet.

The issue with CarPlay / Android Auto will be resolved in a future update!

@Ton-Machielsen I share your pain. I believe something has happened some weeks ago which made MRA behave differently. At least on my phone, for my routes. I my case the app always recalculates if deviate from my route, even when a)navigating as a track, b)with automatic recalculation disabled and c)skip waypoint enabled.
I would like to see that the app has a way, when I deviate from the planned route, to stay quiet and to guide me to the next point in sequence as soon as I am back on the planned route. That's how it used to work. I have submitted a bug report on this but it has not been addressed yet as far as I know.

dank voor de reacties. En logisch ook, is natuurlijk een online verhaal. Ik verplaats nu dan gewoon naar iCloud en dan kan ik het daar weer oppikken met mijn telefoon.

@Corjan-Meijerink it would have been far more convenient if you posted a general issue topic regarding this server problem. Would have saved a lot of time and agony for some of us as not all of us read every topic here. It effected all routes, not only scenic and curvy ones.

Your first post in the forum. I’m guessing that you’re new to MyRoute-app so maybe you have made a mistake. I find that it is better to ask for help than it is to complain.

@Fifield-Nick I second this; I.often search in Google Maps für for the correct address/place and paste that into the MyRoute-app because of how limited search presents its results.

Also, on Android, the results are always shown behind the keyboard which needs to be hidden first - I'm typing blindly before this! (This is on Samsung S22 Ultra, in case that doesn't happen for every phone.)

I got it to work!

I changed the input setting in MRA from Carpe Iter BMW Controller to just Carpe Iter, and in the CI Controller app I changed the "auto detect" setting and chose just MRA.

The Wonder Wheel works as a zoom up and down control, and a quick tap to the left brings up a very useful CI menu that allows you to lock and unlock the screen, adjust the brightness and volume, etc. A quick tap to the right will change the perspective from overhead to an angled view and back.

The buttons pan up, down, left and right. Zooming with the Wonderwheel will re-center the map.

This is exactly the functionality that I was hoping for.
