Loving the new UI, same minor issues as others have posted about. In relation to the options piece in the post above, it would be great if we could change the travel mode here as well as part of the navigation options. I frequently swap between bike and car and forget to swap it over in the settings.

I’m not sure if they’ve changed it, but as far as I can see, with the Silver plan you can’t use the Here map — only with the Gold plan or with the MRA Navigation app. [image: 1760622605605-argentina.png]

Disclaimer: you probably know this already, but just in case! If you do have the same problem again, then be sure to positively kill the app like so: Swipe up from the bottom edge to the middle of screen. All running apps are then shown in a sideways stack. Scroll through the stack to find MRA, and then swipe it up and away to kill it If you just swipe all the way up the app will not be killed, it just goes in to the background, and will continue to consume resources. However, I agree it shouldn't be sucking that much energy.

Categorizing them would be a good idea to keep them organized, and indeed, your idea to "fix" their visibility on transport-mode is really not a bad one. The difficulty probably is more in finding GUI elements that keep it simple in use.

@Con-Hennekens Thanks for the reply. I'll do a road test in the next few days with a route created with OSM and then sent to the Zumo with GPX 1.2 on which I inserted the waypoint. I'll also try leaving the "route recalculation" option set to ASK to see how the Zumo XT2 behaves. As for the license on the portal, I have the BASIC one, while on the app I have the lifetime one, and this allows me to have the GOLD maps also on the web portal, but I can't make a comparison, but if my tests are good, the OSM ones, I'll continue like this. Since I travel a lot by motorcycle (an average of 30,000 km per year), I've had the opportunity to see many errors while navigating the routes created with the web planner, but I think these are due to the Here maps, but I'm not sure because I should have created the route directly on the Zumo, but during the trip, it's not always possible.

Just like other things in MRA it still needs finetuning. Overall it works but in the details, there are things not as far developed as other apps.

@Rob-Lindsay I would guess that the Skyline is treating your route as a track. A track only has a start and end point with no intermediary points.

No you don't. "Next" is only the app to guide you, like the XT. So as long as you stay with your XT, you don't need Next. But it could be of use, when you also own a camper or a convertible. I also use my, in MRA prepared, routes in my XT on my motorcycle. In my other 2 vehicles, I use the Next-app.

Ja, sinds de laatste versie heb ik ook geen problemen meer gehad. Het lijkt er op dat de problemen met AA beduidend minder zijn!

@Dwight-Norwood, MRA is definitely not going to think up their own weather service so a partnership is a must. I think we would be talking multiple partnerships, because every part of the world has their own preference of accurate weather data. That makes it probably more complex and more expensive than anyone wishes for. But I do agree it would be a nice feature.

@Robert-Beaupre, I am not sure what you mean by "moments", but I just tried to replicate what you describe, and I see pictures attached to my uploaded tracklog just fine. You are using the in-app photo option I suppose (so not your Android Photo app). To be honest I am ahead a bit on versions compared to that latest public release, but I can't imagine anything being changed on this subject. Maybe someone on a public release can retry?

@Neil-q, I suspect, after asking for notification permission, it will ask for location permission. I cant tell you what went wrong, but giving it permanent location permission from within the Android settings, might force the app start to continue.
