@David-Rudgley its also different between CarPlay and Android Auto. Car Play has more tilt and looks much better !

@M-Schrijver I have not noticed that points are snapped to address in MRA. MRA at least puts and leaves points where I place them. When I tried plan.tomtom it could move a point to a nearby address and rename it. My points are usually busstopps with no address, too difficult for plan.tomtom. HERE navigation works quite well with my points as they are on the right side of the road.

@Ton-Machielsen ik gebruik soms een met kurviger web gemaakte track soms in kurviger v1 app. dan heb ik inderdaad altijd 1 op 1 route/track. hier wel herberekenen uit.

@Con-Hennekens Hi Con, Sort of… without hijacking the original thread, sometimes when planning a route I get this on HERE as you said… if I don’t notice and put the route on the XT2 and we get to that point all navigation stops… Thanks, Andy.

@Leslie-Barnes I have W702BS too and I used it today. Vocal indications were working. No problem on my side.

The function is great when you want to see the route standing still. For automatic zooming, it would be great if it was more dynamic. No setting, but zoom out more while driving straight ahead so you can see a big part of the route and zoom in when an exit is coming, keep the exit arrow just in the screen while zooming in from the point you are driving. Keep zooming in until you are near the exit and have a detailed view of the crossing. Once past the crossing zoom out until you see the next exit again just in the screen or the greater part of the route. This way you get details in time, and see the most part of the route while just driving straight ahead.

Waar dit over gaat, is dat Google stopt met de Android Auto functies op Android telefoontoestellen. Je krijgt dus geen AA scherm meer op je telefoon als je AA start. De embedded AA in AA/CP devices blijft uiteraard gewoon werken, met alle telefoons vanaf Android 8.0.

Ok.. today everything seems to work. Auto Zoom always remains inactive...

Additional observations: There were two roadworks shown in the NN map which did not exist. Tomtom did not show roadworks. It wasn't clear if they affected route calculations. There seemed to be no live traffic information. Tomom did show live traffic. There were no speed camera warnings. I guess this is not a feature? I couldn't find anything definitive in the app descriptions. When in two panel mode in AA, with spotify in the left and NN in the right, the Next junction advice overlapped the circle with the speed limit, hiding it. Suggestions: I think an angled map view (as available in myrouteapp) would be great for NN. I'd love a tone prompt option. I don't like voice prompts as I find them distracting, and I always turn them off. But a simple "bing" sound to remind me to look at the map would be ideal when the route changes.

I can confirm that there seems to be an issue when running the app completely without ever starting the app. We will be fixing this issue. However, there currently is a more pressing issue

@Daniel-Burkhard, I am not aware of any info-tile getting smaller when options are disabled. The only one I know of is when you disable "upcoming road", it saves a lot of screen-estate , which gets reclaimed when showing upcoming waypoints.
