@Dave-J-0 Corjan-Meijerink for me the same behaviour: I did not stop the application, just kept it running while I locked my phone and / or browsed something else. I got asked to resume which I did. My battery settings for the app (Android) is : optimized Mobile coverage was also fine

@Corjan-Meijerink Hey Corjan, danke schon mal für die schnelle Rückmeldung. Die neue Funktion „Start vom nächstgelegenen WP in der dann richtigen Fahrtrichtung“ wäre eine super Sache in der MyRoute App, die hilft uns allen wenn es vor Ort mal nicht mehr weiter geht. Route neu Starten und weiter gehts dann in Fahrtrichtung zum nächsten sinnvollen WP mit der neuen Funktion. Ja ich freue mich drauf !! Die App hat so viele Ergänzungen schon gut umgesetzt ich freue mich aufs Finale !!!!! Ich werde noch einmal im laufe der nächsten Woche meine offenen Punkte auflisten, das sind nicht mehr viele da ihr ja noch in Teilen bei der Umsetzung seit. Am 18.5 bis 21.5 erfolgt der nächste Test das in der Gruppe und der Track Aufzeichnung usw. .. VG Hubert aus MS

@Vince-Hyde, yes, it is only the on-screen position that is lagging, not the voice-prompts

@Edwin_M no worries! If you want to skip a lot of waypoints / resume somewhere else: just long press that waypoint on the map or in the waypoint list

I tried the old Navigation app and the voice prompts work fine. The issue is with the new Mobile app.

@Jörgen exactly what has happened on 2 seperate update occasions. And the only fix was to delete the apps, reboot the phone, reinstall the apps and re download the offline maps wanted.

@C-A-Kielen Dat heb ik ook steeds gehad in Frankrijk. Alle gebieden waren gedownload en toch moest ik regelmatig online en een andere moment moest ik weer terug naar offline. Probleem daarbij was dat de route soms in z'n geheel verdween, terwijl de tracking wel actief bleef.

@Corjan-Meijerink here is the route: https://www.myrouteapp.com/en/social/route/4389253?mode=share I think the problem after WP # 3. Between WP 9 & 10 it displayed ViaP # 12 as the next WP. At that point the calculations at the bottom for next Wp, ViaP and route end were messed up. After out stop at ViaP # 12, I restarted the route at WP#13. Not long after the Next WP display was ahead again. I'm not sure when the white flag was displayed, Somewhere after WP # 20 I think. It disappeared after the next WP. Hope this helps.

@Waldo you can do this while planning a route by adding custom waypoints (using colors and icons). Gas stations nearby and native POI’s will be added in a future update of the app

@Stefan-Duizer Ik doe meestal niets bij een koffiepauze. Gebruik wel andere apps. Meestal is de route dan gewoon weg en moet opnieuw geladen worden.

@Corjan-Meijerink Another thing I thought was it would be nice to have the ability to change width, colour and transparency of the route line in settings somewhere. Would address accessibility issues with colour blindness and line thickness/transparency would sort visibility issue. Just a suggestion
