So, although not a critical issue or something, it looks like currently not possible and a nice-to-have somewhere in the future. Thanks for your inputs.
Copy Route-point from one route to another
-
When making a route, I often look at other routes made earlier in the same area. Sometimes in another route there is a certain routepoint, lets say a viewing point, complete with description, photo and these kind of things. I would like to be able to do a copy/paste of this routepoint from that route to my own route. Now, it seems I have to recreate it in my own route (unless I am missing something). Just a suggestion.

Save the point as a "favourite" -
@richard-3v that's a work around but then the extra info and photo are lost. At this moment it is not possible

I will not highjack this thread, but have similar issues:
if I move a route (with photos in route point) from one folder to another folder, then the attached photos will be moved together with the root points too. Everything is Ok.
But if I copy a route (with photos in route point) from one folder to another folder, then the attached photos will not be moved together with the root points. That's not Ok.Looks like, there is really an issue with moving/copying route points!

@Guzzist. I think there is only one copy function. Pictures are left out on purpose, because that would integrate other people's pictures if you copy RX or friends routes to your own library. Moving of routes can only be done on your own routes, so there it is no problem moving the pictures. It is still the same route when you move it. When you copy it, it is no longer the same route (from the library perspective).
Having said that, it would be nice if pictures were copied along if you copy a route in your own library.
