Android Auto next instruction box not loading

Hi,
I am connection a Samsung A23 to a new Interphone RideSync Android Auto
All working correctly on the phone but the Android version fails to load the next direction box, just a spinning arrow as if trying to load.
Any thoughts

@Laurence-Nicholls, strange... Does it do this consequently? Or does it happen only sometimes? I am sure the forum would be full of it, if it happened to more people. Maybe best to open a support ticket: https://www.myrouteapp.com/support

I recognized this from Android Auto.
I see this also until the first turn with directions is passed. From there it works ok.

Hi Con, M makes a good point as I have only set up in the garage….due to poor weather!
I will go for a ride tomorrow and fingers crossed it will work once on the way
PS I tried it on an old iPhone in apple car play and it works straight away.

@Laurence-Nicholls i can not help because i did test it yesterday on my setup and it works for me. both next 2 direction i got directly on Android auto. in my case it was a2b route and totaly offline.

@Laurence-Nicholls, if your garage is off the road enough for the app to determine where to start, that could well explain the issue.

That doesn't seems to be the issue. At least not in my case.
When i start the route on the road. The GPS is known in this case but still this issue. It does not matter how long it takes to reach the first turn with directions.
I've seen it for just 500 meters but also for a few kilometers.

When i start the route halfway, is does not happen. That is what i remember.

Hi All
Went out for a long ride yesterday, the inductions did appear but it took quite a while approx 10 miles, then worked faultlessly for the rest of the trip, even coming straight back on after being switched of for coffee break.
