I’m trying to use the myroute-app on a Umidigi Bison android 12 phone. I also use an iPad to plan routes then open them on the phone. My first problem is that I can’t open any routes on either device if I’m not online. If I open an app online, I can use it but if I want to change anything when I go offline, I can’t. Offline, I can’t do anything, either open routes, look at downloaded maps, or look at my account.
I just noticed that there is a button to download routes and, if I download the route, then I can see it when I’m offline. Is that required with every route on the new system?
Another problem is that when I try to write anything on the forum, I can’t use the “C” or the “N” key. When I press either one, the screen jumps to another screen.
I’ve been using this app since it was Tyre-2-travel, so I’m familiar with it but I can’t figure this out.

@artbone To use routes offline, you indeed need to download them first on your mobile device using the download button, which you've already figured out. Additionally, you also need to have all the maps of the areas through which your route passes available offline to navigate offline.

Modifying an existing route that is also available as download on your mobile device can only be done in online mode. You directly use Routelab (the website).

Naturally, all of this is also included in the manual that you can find in the support section.

Routelab on MacBook Air & iMac (Ventura & Monterey)

@artbone Nope, I guess that must be in your configuration. I'm no Android guy, sorry.

Are you using any type of Bluetooth Controller.
Your text indicates functionality akin to the use of a Bluetooth Controller.
If you have Bluetooth on try turning it off!
I may however, be barking up completely the wrong tree!

@artbone, I think @Lynchy67 is on the right track... Are you using the forum through the webview in the app? 😉 Never considered that that is an option. The C and N keys have a function in navigating through the app, for use with bluetooth controllers. If you open the forum in any ordinary browser, it will work just fine.

@Con-Hennekens Yep, I finally figured that out. I’m on the website now and can use all the letters on the keyboard. That sort of makes the app useless to me. I guess I’ll just use the website in the future.

@artbone, "the app useless"? The app is for tracking and navigation (since Next). It is not a forum-frontend. Anyway, not intended as such.

@artbone regarding the issue with some keys not working, we are looking into that. It however should only occur when using a BT keyboard.
