You say that you can’t install the navigation app on your tablet, so is the problem related to your Google Play Store account or Apple App Store account ?

@Nick-Carthew problem is with password. I write the same password that i've on my phone but on tablet say that password is wrong

I really don't know if the user validation is the same for IOS and Android. Are you using IOS or Android on both devices?
Or you have a IOS phone logged in MRA with apple account and in tablet with Google play account... could be that?

Then I changed the password from the website. Now that I'm also installing the app on my tablet, it won't accept my numeric password or the new one I changed.
