@Hans-van-de-Ven-MRA-Master at the time of registration which I did a few days ago when I bought the subscription, for the phone app I was instructed to enter a number and so I did and it works. Then I changed the password from the website. Now that I'm also installing the app on my tablet, it won't accept my numeric password or the new one I changed. On the web and on the phone everything works perfectly
