Library sync error

During my last trip, I kept getting the following error message on my screen: '[Fout] Routebibliotheek niet...' ([Error] Library not...). Personally, I suspect the route library isn't syncing properly, but I have no idea what's causing the issue. I've already tried reinstalling the app, but the problem persists. Any help would be appreciated!

I've got the same screen a few times during my 8 day trip to the Eiffel.
At home I found out that somehow I've managed to uncheck the route sync box.
When I checked that box again the error was gone -
Even after reinstalling the app, the issue persists. Upon reinstallation, the 'Sync' checkbox was unchecked by default. However, manually checking the box again resulted in the exact same error.
