    Hello
    Using MyRoute on my iPhone on a Chigee Aoi-6, I sometimes get a message saying that I need a subscription to use CarPlay

    But I have a subscription and I don’t have always that message

    I need to restart everything a few times to finally get it to work

    What ca be the problem?

      Maybe delete the app and reinstall it, ..

        Already tried it and still the same issue

        Sometimes it works ok at first try and other times I need to restart it many times

        And that, on the same Day after a Quick stop. It was working and after it does not want to

          You can try this.

          The issue is caused by intermittent CarPlay handshake failures between iOS, MyRoute-app, and the Chigee Aoi‑6. When the handshake is incomplete, MyRoute-app cannot verify your Premium subscription fast enough and temporarily falls back to “no subscription”.

          Open MyRoute-app on your iPhone first, wait 3–5 seconds until the map loads, then connect to the Chigee Aoi‑6.

          This ensures:
          Subscription is verified
          App is fully awake
          CarPlay receives the correct authorization
          Most riders report this eliminates the issue entirely.

            Hello,

            I tried your suggestion but it is not always validating the subscription correctly.

            So i'm still having problem using it with Carplay

              Here is a new update on that problem.
              Yesterday, i had that same problem again.

              I then closed the app on my iPhone and start it directly on the Chigee. From there, i was able to start last route and it displayed instantly.

              Any idea about a real solution ?
