@Cleo Yep...just ask for an additional account and you'll get an offer from the Developer.
Additional account!! Explain this to me. Not in 1 account more licenses?
@Cleo More devices in your existing account should be possible as well.
Just send an e-mail to support and ask what you want

Yes. You can purchase an additional licence to increase the device limit in your existing account. Just raise a support ticket, and Lisanne will reach out.

Hello,
I also find the decision understandable and have no problem with it in principle.
However, I have a question about it. My wife and I use the app on two ruggedized mobile phones that are always with our bikes. On our tours, I also take an iPad with me, on which I check, change, etc., the route for the next day in the evening. I have the app installed on my iPhone to check routes when I'm out without my bike and iPad.
Does the two-device limit mean that I have to log out of at least one GPS device after the tour in order to use the iPad?
Does the limit only apply if you're logged in on more than two devices simultaneously? Then I just need to make sure I'm logged out of my iPhone and iPad before I start using my two GPS devices at the beginning of the season.
Sorry for the question, but I couldn't quite figure it out from the comments. And if the English isn't perfect, I'm using Google Translate.

The nice thing about this change in the terms and conditions is that you donât have to log out. By that, I mean you donât have to re-enter your username and password afterward. You only need to click the red âexitâ icon behind one of your other devices, and you can start using the iPad right away. And if you check your routes on the iPad via the website, you wonât notice any issues at all, since this rule only applies to using the MyRoute-app itself. Anything you do via the website or on a device like CarPlay or Android Auto doesnât count toward the device limit.

@CD130 The block can only be removed by system admins and is only triggered using your device limit + 2 different devices (so 4 in default scenario) within the same month.

I have a question about the "same month". When will a device be removed from the list? On the moment that the specific device is not used anymore for 1 month? Or will the number of devices be reset on a specific date (e.g. 1st day of the month) for the devices not used in that month? In the latter case it can take upto 2 months minus 1 day before a device is removed.

I really do understand why a limit is needed. But this is a pretty unpleasant way to implement it.
Today I needed to use my wifeâs phone for a drive. So I tried logging out of MRA on my phone but her phone got blocked regardless.
I would have thought the way to manage this is the way Netflix and others do it: if you log out from one device you can log in on another; and the account control panel contains the ability to see what devices have licences and revoke them remotely. Having to email support is a clumsy approach.

@Anonymouse The easiest thing to do would be to send an email to support and ask if there's a way to use more than 2 devices.
This will give you more flexibility in setting up your devices.
You'll definitely get a reply
