Statement about device limit

I had the same problem. Mostly on weekends away with my wife, I use three (sometimes four) devices.

Other (big tech) companies use the same principle, and I understand why MRA made this decision — especially because of the ***** who used more than 40 devices on one account. I really don’t understand that kind of behavior.

For me, it’s not about the money. I don’t mind paying for a product like MRA. I use it a lot, and especially with the NN, I use it even more than before. For me, it’s more about the user experience. I don’t want to create multiple accounts.

So I think I did the best thing you can do in this case: create a support ticket. Explain your situation, and maybe they have a solution.

And they gave me a very good solution!

Same here...I wrote an E-Mail to the support.
Got an offer which I confirmed.
Can now use 4 Devices...I am super happy.

Same here - purchased an additional licence at a very fair price point.
My device limit is set to 4, all good, thanks to Corjan and Lisanne!
