Mode warning?
-
When i switch my preferred map to: Default (Open Street Map) selection, i receive this warning: "The selected mode only works with the HERE / TomTom map." I can click ok and continue on to plan my route. The reason i change my map from HERE to OSM is because the device i navigate by uses OSM and the accuracy seems better and the route lines up with the map better. My question, is why am i getting that warning message? What "mode" setting is it referring to?
Thanks,

@Nick-Carthew Thank you

@Nick-Carthew please excuse my silly question. But I have read a couple of issues by using the motorbike mode...
What is the benefit/advantage of using the motorbike mode? -

What is the benefit/advantage of using the motorbike mode?@Guzzist it uses some smaller roads, but on the other nand, there are more problems, than benefits. No possibility to choose fastest/shortest, doesn't (or hardly) sees ferries, not visibil in your shared routes and so on. I might have forgotten some things. So, just take auto

What is the benefit/advantage of using the motorbike mode?@Guzzist There’s no specific reason why the transport mode “motorcycle” has an advantage. Some of us just want to see which routes we’ve taken for motorcycling, cycling, or driving your car. You can then view that at a glance in your library. The only advantage I see is that you can now also choose the “shortest route” option in the Toolkit-menu.

@Lex.Kloet.RX said in Mode warning?:
No possibility to choose fastest/shortest
