route calculation when internet connection is lost
-
I just experienced that route calculation is not possible when I lose connection to the internet, although I have downloaded offline maps, the MyRoute app is not switching to offline mode. I started an unplanned A2B navigation, and the route was calculated, however, I seem to have missed a turn, then lost the signal. The app turned to route calculation but was not able to calculate any new route.
I have turned off offline route calculation at the functions menu, because I understand, that turning this setting on, will always use offline mode and no longer use traffic information, constructions zones or traffic jam information, am I wrong? -

Hey,
A route A2B is only possible with route calculation offline for the fastest connection.
-
Okay, but what does that mean? Is my setting correct? Is MyRoute App not able to switch between online/offline calculation if the internet connection is lost?
-
But if you choose or drive a route and you have no network then MRA recognizes when no network is available and jumps to Offline Temporary Navigation, ....
Tracks cannot be calculated

Exactly what I would expect, but with V5 this is no longer the case!

@Cookie-On-Tour this is how it should work.
Create a ticket and add the log files -

There is now a good new update to version V5.0.1-433, then everything should go well again as usual.
Try it and report here when you have done it..!

I do not have the newest version right now and can't see it for updating, need to wait but then I will test again!
