WunderLinQ: BMW Wonderwheel to the left for a long time does not work

I use WunderLINQ X on a BMW R 1250 GSA and have only one problem:
-Scrolling with the BMW Wonderwheel works.
-Pressing the BMW Wonderwheel to the right (short and long) works.
-Pressing the BMW Wonderwheel briefly to the left works (MRA menu is called up).
-Pressing the BMW Wonderwheel to the left for a long time does not work. (previous app is not opened)

I normally only use the scroll function and the function for skipping waypoints. Therefore, I cannot say when ‘pressing long to the left’ stops working.

Is this more of an MRA or a WunderLINQ problem?

@Mopetenpit I do have a similar issue with another kind of controller... Everything works but just one function has a failure.
As soon as I change the app to the english language it works

I do not know which language settings do you use.....
Just in case you are not using english, please be so kind and give it a try in english and let us know whether it works with the english language.

I checked, but there is no option to change the language in the WunderLINQ app.

Are there any WunderLINQ users here who can do this (long press to the left) without any problems?

@Mopetenpit I meant you should check the language settings in the MRA App.

If I set German as language, my controller does have a limited function.

If I set MRA into english language...the controller works without any limitations.

I have set the MRA app to English, but the problem persists.

In the meantime, I have checked the codes sent by WunderLINQ using a key press tester. Everything is correct here, including the long left press.

Yesterday, I created a support ticket – I'm sure they will be able to help me.
