The information about Netherlands is rubbish!You don;t loose your driving licence when driving 30 km/h faster in a rrsidential area (or as said in the overview: in town). It might be suspended for a period of time when caught, that's a huge difference. You loose your driving licence when going fast than 50 km/h. Tolerances is also not very correct:
Under 1`00 km/u the tolerance is 3 km/u measurement correction
Above 100 km/u the tolerance is 3% measurement correction
