Request login credentials

This morning I opened the app and it asked me for my login details again. It said something about something technical, but I don't remember... Then it started syncing the itinerary database... has this happened to anyone else?

I only have two on the list,
the second one is never turned on, I had to deactivate it to log in... is there something wrong?

@Aiello-antonino, I don't think anything is wrong if you can still log in. Maybe you accidentally logged out, or got logged out by an update, which is quite unusual.

I honestly can't tell you why it happened, but I can assure you I didn't accidentally disconnect... the same thing happened when the ability to automatically deactivate additional devices was implemented (if I remember correctly)... but I remember it was a normal thing... here it even synchronized my entire route database from scratch...
