Shared route not loading

!Hi, my friend is sharing my routes and it has worked fine but now he gets the message "could not calculate route". I'm using the same route with no issues . He's reinstalled the app but no joy. Any ideas?

@Nigel-Ralphson, Try to add some more detail to your questions. Preferably screenshots, link to the route, settings of the app etc.
Usually when the app can't calculate a route, it is because:
- one of the waypoints is placed on a location that is unreachable, which is not the case here because on your phone it seems to be no problem.
- not all needed map regions are available offline, while his phone is on offline navigation mode. You would however receive a question to online.
I am just an enthusiastic MRA user, and hope you will be one too!

Hes tried other routes and they dont work. Hes online so thats not the issue.

@Nigel-Ralphson, In online mode I can start that route just fine. In offline mode I get an error saying the route cannot be calculated with the ofline maps. That is despite me having the maps foor Belgium, Luxemburg and Germany all 100%. Your route is almost touching the French border, maybe that is a thing? In combination with a bad internet reception?
Besides that, I see a lot of waypoints being far off the road, they could be placed a bit more acurate.
That route is really beautiful! I have been to Bouillon recently, and also to Diekirch. Really nice!

@Nigel-Ralphson The route has been planned on the OpenStreetMap. The App uses the HERE map so better if you plan on the HERE map.

thanks for your patience and approval of my route.
I got him to create his own short route and it stated "could not calculate route" even though he is online and in any case has downloaded the countries for offline.
